To start a complimentary return or exchange, reach out to us at info@glockwatches.com with your order information, and we'll assist you through the next steps.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines for returns:

• You have 14 days from the purchase date to initiate a return, with the receipt.
• Only items bought from glockwatches.com qualify for a return or exchange with BRANDMARK USA Group Inc.
• Returned items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, in original packaging.
• Please note, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we'll process your exchange request.
• We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
