All GLOCK Watches undergo a rigorous quality check and are set to the correct zero position before shipping. However, in some rare instances, the chronograph hands may shift and not return to the zero position. If this happens with your GLOCK Watch, you can easily adjust the chronograph hands back to their correct zero position by following these steps:
- Pull out the crown: Begin by fully extending the crown of your watch. This position is typically the last notch when you pull the crown outward. Ensure that all chronograph hands are in their correct positions.
- Depress both push-buttons: Next, press and hold both push-buttons Top (A) and Bottom (B) simultaneously for at least 2 seconds. These buttons are usually found on the side of the watch casing.
- Activate corrective mode: By holding down these buttons, you activate corrective mode. You will notice the second counter hand (the small hand usually used for chronograph functions) rotate completely by 360°. This rotation signals that the watch is in corrective mode and ready for adjustment.
- Adjust each hand: Each chronograph hand can be adjusted individually by pressing push-button A or B. Typically, one button will adjust one hand. You can press the respective button until each hand aligns back to its zero position.
- Exit corrective mode: Once all hands are correctly aligned, press the crown back to its original position to exit corrective mode. This will set the hands in their new positions.For additional information, please refer to page 6 in the chronograph instruction manual.
To ensure the longevity of your GLOCK Watch, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and magnetic fields. Regularly clean your watch with a soft, dry cloth and service it periodically at an authorized service center.
GLOCK Watches are covered by a 3-year international warranty, guaranteeing protection against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents or misuse.
Authentic GLOCK Watches can be purchased through BRANDMARK's official website at glockwatches.com or authorized retailers. Each watch comes with a unique serial number. If in doubt, you can contact our customer service for verification.

Delivery and Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a copy of the receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original condition, intact and undamaged. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
